Customization on Zipper Pulls
Our factory uses high-quality metal zipper pulls, crafted with electroplating and enamel coating processes. This ensures the metal components are resistant to paint chipping and provides excellent rust resistance. All our zipper pulls undergo thousands of pull-strength tests to guarantee durability and strength.
Different zipper pull designs offer various tactile experiences for the user. We can customize the shape of the zipper pull according to your needs, as shown in the images below. Additionally, we offer the option to engrave or print your logo on the zipper pull, enhancing brand visibility.
Customization on Internal Structure
Common internal structures include cut PU foam and durable EVA foam. These materials not only provide secure protection for your products but also offer an economical and practical solution.
For the most durable and aesthetically pleasing internal support, we recommend the molded EVA insert. Using custom molds, we shape the EVA to fit the specific form of your product, ensuring a snug and protective fit.
